UPPCS Interview 2026: Personality Test Guide
The UPPCS interview (viva-voce) carries 100 marks and is the final stage. About three times the number of vacancies are called. It assesses general awareness, intelligence, character, expression, personality and suitability for the service. Candidates fill a form before the interview, give post preferences that are final, and present all original certificates. Serving government employees need an NOC.

3. Before and On Interview Day
- Fill the prescribed application form before the interview.

- Bring four passport-size photographs: two unattested and two attested by a Gazetted Officer or your institution head.
- Serving Central or State Government employees must bring an NOC from the competent authority.
